Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and personable Server to join our front-of-house team and provide guests with an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about food and wine, and committed to delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Tailor and the Cook’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests.
Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and insight into our farm-to-table offerings.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Process orders, payments, and handle guest requests with professionalism.
Stay current with menu updates, wine pairings, and seasonal ingredients.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or farm-to-table setting.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability and locally sourced cuisine.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
